Zipaquirá Salt Cathedral will only offer refunds for reasons of force majeure or for reasons supported by the Salt Park's refund policy. Therefore, it is also important to clarify that refunds will only be made if the passports were purchased directly at the Salt Cathedral, either through the website or at the ticket office.

How to get to the
Salt Cathedral from Bogotá?
By Private Car
Take the northern highway, pass the Andes toll booth and continue along the Chía – Zipaquirá road. Once you reach Zipaquirá, take 1ª Street until you reach Villaveces Park, where you will find the entrance to the Salt Cathedral.
By Train
Take the train at Sabana Station, located on Calle 13 and Carrera 18. During the journey, you will pass through Usaquén, La Caro, Cajicá and finally arrive at the train station in Zipaquirá.
By Public Transport
Take a bus from the Salitre terminal or the Portal Norte Transmilenio station heading towards Zipaquirá. There you will be on Career 15 and Street 4 (Parque de la Esperanza).
En Taxi
Once you arrive in Zipaquirá you can take a taxi or walk about 15 minutes to the Salt Cathedral.
